Effective date: 23 October 2026

Golem Agency is the trading name of Private Entrepreneur Volodymyr Golembivs’kyi. This page is a public offer under Articles 633 and 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine: it sets out the terms on which we provide services ordered and paid for through golem.agency, as well as the rules for using the website.

By paying for a service on the website, you accept these terms in full. From that moment, a contract between us is concluded.

Contract-based projects

Custom website development, design, engineering and technical support for such websites are provided only under a signed contract. If we have signed such a contract with you, its terms apply and this page does not. The Neo project is sold under separate terms.

Services you can order online

Audits	A website review in the chosen area (performance, SEO, UX, security, etc.) with a written report and recommendations
Consultations	An online meeting with an agency specialist on an agreed topic

Each service’s description, deliverable, timeline and price are given on its page. Your order is governed by the description in effect at the time of payment. We recommend saving a copy.

How to order

Choose a service and fill in the form on its page.
Pay for the order on the WayForPay or Monobank payment page.
Receive confirmation of payment by email.
We will contact you within 1 business day to agree the details and request the materials and access we need. For a consultation, we will agree the meeting time.
The delivery timeline starts on the business day after we receive everything needed for the work.

Price and payment

Payment security

Card details are entered on the WayForPay or Monobank page and processed by the payment provider. We do not receive or store your card details.

Delivery

Audit. We send the report by email or via a secure link. Within 3 business days of receiving it, you can send questions or comments within the scope of the service description — we will answer or supplement the report. If there are no comments, the service is deemed delivered.

Consultation. The meeting takes place online at the agreed time.

Rescheduling	Free if you let us know at least 24 hours before the start
Late arrival	The meeting ends at the scheduled time
No-show	If you do not join within 15 minutes without notice, the consultation is deemed delivered
Rescheduling by us	We will offer another time or refund the payment, at your choice

Refunds

To request a refund, email us with your order number. We refund to the same card within 7 business days of approval. When the funds arrive depends on your bank.

EU consumers

If you order as an individual acting outside a business, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days. By agreeing that the service may begin before this period ends, you acknowledge that you lose the right to withdraw once the service has been fully delivered. If you withdraw earlier, we refund the unperformed part.

Rights to the results

Once paid for, you may freely use the report and recommendations for your business, including sharing them with your contractors for implementation.
The methodologies, checklists, templates and tools we use remain ours and are not transferred.
We do not publish audit results without your written consent.

Confidentiality and access

We use the materials and access you provide only to deliver the service. When the work is complete, we delete the accounts given to us or ask you to change the passwords.

We use AI tools as an aid; every result is reviewed by a specialist. Your confidential materials and personal data are not shared with third-party AI services without your consent.

How we process personal data is described in our Privacy Notice.

Liability

Audits and consultations contain recommendations. The decision to implement them, and its consequences, are your responsibility.
We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic or sales: they depend on factors beyond our control.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect losses or loss of profit. This limitation does not apply to intentional harm.
Neither party is liable where performance is impossible due to force majeure: hostilities, shelling, prolonged power or internet outages, or decisions of public authorities. Deadlines are extended for the duration of such circumstances.

Using the website

The texts, design, images and code of the website belong to Golem Agency or are used under licence. Quoting is allowed with an active link to the source; any other use requires our written permission.
Information on the website is for reference only. Only this page, together with the descriptions of services that can be paid for on the website, constitutes a public offer.
The website contains links to external resources whose content we are not responsible for.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine.
Please write to us first: send your complaint by email and we will reply within 15 calendar days.
If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be heard by a court in accordance with Ukrainian law.
If you are a consumer, these terms do not limit the rights granted to you by the law of your country of residence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. Orders already paid for are governed by the version in effect at the time of payment.
