Digital Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Working on building projects scope and related quotes.
• Develop and manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities and resources.
• Diagnose problems throughout the project.
• Evaluate, manage and document the changes requests.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular status updates, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
• Ensure that every project is led in conformity, including quality control.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to define project scope, objectives, and priorities.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies and contingency plans as necessary.
• Other related tasks.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical.

Desirable

• Proven experience leading global and multiyear projects and having a budget of more than USD 100K.
• Excellent understanding of project management methodologies and organization (understanding how to build a project governance and framework from scratch).
• Knowledge of project management tools (MS Project is preferable).
• Expertise in traducing complex statements and requirements into specific sets of actions.
