Digital Project Manager

About the role

We work with businesses from Ukraine, Europe and the US on corporate websites, e-commerce, SaaS and branding. Our principle is to do things right, not fast. That’s why our PM doesn’t just “pass tasks along” — they make sure the solution serves the client’s goals, not just the technical spec.

What you’ll do

• Define scope, estimates and proposals together with the team.
• Plan timelines and budgets and keep them under control throughout the project.
• Manage projects in OpenProject: tasks, priorities, time tracking.
• Communicate with clients directly: meetings, status updates, approvals.
• Document change requests and assess their impact on budget and timeline.
• Manage risks and dependencies between design, development and marketing.
• Review the quality of deliverables before handing them over to the client.

What matters to us

• 3+ years of experience managing web projects or digital products.
• Understanding of how websites and web applications are built — from design to launch.
• Experience with Scrum or other agile approaches.
• English good enough for daily work with clients.
• Ability to explain technical things to people without a technical background.
• Projects delivered on time, on budget and without compromising quality — and readiness to talk about them.

Nice to have

• Experience leading long-term international projects with budgets of €50,000–100,000.
• Experience building project management processes from scratch.
• Experience with OpenProject, Jira or MS Project.
