We’re looking for an ambitious Marketing Intern for a long-term collaboration — someone we can nurture into a true star (maybe even a future CMO)!

What will you do?

• Lead Generation: Find new ways to attract clients through digital channels.
• Memorable Branding: Create campaigns to boost brand awareness.
• Positioning: Help brands discover their unique “edge.”
• Product Development: Suggest ideas to improve products and drive sales.
• Sales Support: Support the team with analytics and campaigns that close deals.
• Employer Branding: Help craft an irresistible image of Golem to attract top talent.
• Strategy: Help develop plans to take brands to the next level.

Who are we looking for?

• 4th–5th year student or recent graduate (within 3 years of graduation) from any field.
• Passionate about marketing — your background may be in analytics, economics, IT, linguistics, or something else entirely.
• Able to work full-time and fluent in English at an Upper-Intermediate level.
• Ambitious, proactive, and eager to learn new things.
• Experience in volunteer projects or student initiatives is a big advantage.
• Familiarity with sales basics or KPIs? That’s a major plus!
