Junior Full Stack Engineer

About the position

We are looking for a Junior Full-Stack Developer (PHP) with 1+ years of experience in web development. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and delivering great software on time.

What will you do/learn as a Full-Stack Developer

• Design, architect, implement, integrate, deploy and monitor various frontend and backend components.
• Create the first version of our platform.
• Develop good quality code and operational standards.
• Improve your JavaScript skills and learn more about Cloud Solutions.

Does it sound like you?

Then, you should have:

• Experience in PHP Framework (Laravel/ Symfony or Yii2) or CMS (Craft/ October/ WordPress).
• Ability to work 30+ hours/week.
• 1+ years professional experience with JavaScript.
• Experience with Git version control and knowledge of GitFlow.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with all aspects of designing, developing, testing, deploying and monitoring software;
• Familiar with Linux, Git (a must), Node.js (a must), AWS Lambdas and PostgreSQL;
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, without burning out;
• Good verbal and written communication;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ideally Character

• A student pursuing a degree or above qualification in Computer Science, Software engineering, Math or related professions.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision as well as in a team structure.
• You are a self-starter, a problem solver and you take responsibility.
• You take initiative, but also know when to consult.
• You are open-minded and approachable.
